> RHS CHELSEA FLOWER SHOW

Chelsea, London

The RHS Chelsea Flower Show - It's the annual flower fest that always delivers. Big blooms, grand designs and loads of cow parsley!

Dave and I enjoy going to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show! The show gardens are such an inspiration and the variety of specimen plants in the great pavilion is just mind blowing. Natural planting is trending and if you can replicate a typical English country hedgerow, you are in for a gold!

Here are my favourites, in no particular order:
From the selection of Artisan Gardens, the Alcove Garden by Kazuyuki Ishihara was just beautiful. Not a leaf or pebble out of place... The garden represented an alcove within a traditional Japanese tatami room, decorated with a hanging scroll and flowers to delight and enchant.
The East Village Garden designed by Michael Balston & Marie-Louise Agius was perfect. Sculptural, elegant and just the right amount of whimsical. The Wasteland Garden by Kate Gould was bold, industrial and loaded with concrete, the cut-down bath chair was wonderful!
