The Hit Factory - LIVE! - a festive banger, stuffed with the cheesiest chart-toppers ever! It was hit, after hit, after hit - and the crowd loved it! We all knew the words - and secretly, we all knew the dance moves too... bring on the next 25 years!...
We have just enjoyed a really fun trip to the O2! This gig was rescheduled from the wash out summer, we should have been dancing around to the PWL hits back in July! - But hey, the Olympics kept us occupied once the sun came out!
The gig started with the euro-techno sounds of 2 Unlimited and progressed through early 80's high energy and disco via Hazell Dean, Lonnie Gordon and the wonderful Dead or Alive. Smooth grooves came from Princess and the very entertaining Rick Astley. Next up, a big helping of bouncy pop from Sonia, Bananarama and Steps.
The best was saved for the end of the evening! Jason Donovan served up his crowd pleasing hits, but he knew that everyone was waiting for his very special singing partner! KYLIE!!! She glided onto the stage and the place went off like a huge glitter filled Xmas cracker. It was the pop duet that the world had been waiting for... Especially for you was surely the finest gift of all. (Shown above)... What a gig!
