The Isle of Wight - it's the get away Isle that refreshes the parts other islands can't reach. Not very sunny but still very lovely!
Dave and I enjoyed an extended weekend away on the Isle. We drove down Thursday eve and cruised across the solent aboard the Red Osprey. The sunset was incredible and signaled the start of our relaxing break. We made the most of having a car and visited Compton bay, Ventnor and Gurnard. Always lovely to see my family and this visit was no exception.
