A-ha became no more in 2010, since then Morten has released 5 solo albums. The style is similar to A-ha, but this body of work is more personal and experimental.
Morten is an unpretentious performer with a stage presence that is rather more cool than pop. He rattled through classics, new material and the standard A-ha anthems. A tight band supported him as he hit the perfect note every time.
The Indigo2 is a great venue. A state of the art performance space that is big enough for the superstars but with the feel of a smaller, cool music club or bar. Similar to the Camden Round House in vibe and scale, this is a venue we will happily visit again.
